Purchasing a sample?

Due to the handmade nature of this product, there may be a 1-3" variance or 5-15 percent variance in color. This is industry standard and something that we communicate because we cannot guarantee minor variances because this is not a machine made rug.

If you are purchasing a sample, and are not with the trade, then you are not eligible for a sample. Due to high demand, samples are only available to interior designers & wholesalers .

Instead, we recommend you have a free 1:1 consultation with Christina and she will help you select the right rug for your space, virtually.  Visit here to make an appointment.

If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additional message and data rates may apply with your cellphone carrier for all SMS communication. Additional SMS message  and rates may apply.

  • Communicate with you with conversational messaging such as back-and-forth e-mails between a consumer and business.

  • Send Non-promotional e-mails that communicate important information about your order. For example, if you purchase a made-to-order rug, our automated system sends information about your order every 15 days so you can see the process of your rug being made over the course of the 3-4 month wait time.

  • Send Non-promotional messages that communicate important information about your order.   • Send promotional messages via SMS that contain sales or marketing-related content. Typically, these messages will include a link and access to exclusive rates. Additional SMS message  and rates may apply.

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services such as Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest Advertising.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
